Cold Prey a try. I'm not a big slasher fan, but enjoyed this. Gorgeous snowy mountains, a nicely designed spooky abondoned lodge hotel setting, and decently developed and likable characters. Plus it favours atmospherics and building tension over gory kills. Good stuff
