When i said relevant i gues i was meaning the ones where other characters from Who pop up as well not just Sarah or Jack. But yeah seeing as both the main characters appeared regularly in Who and both were televised by the BBC then all would be canon, running along side of the main show.
I gave up to
Torchwood during the first series. Didn't bother with the second but watched
Children of Earth as it was on over five consecutive nights and it was excellent. I never bothered with the final series though. Not sure why.
