Coffy and Sheba Baby are the obvious ones as they both star Pam Grier. Apart from that, things like Shaft, Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song and Black Caesar.
There are loads of blaxploitation films, so maybe look at the list on Wikipedia for titles you recognise.
