You should be able to get Bird from Amazon marketplace pretty cheaply from all your music or the like.
As for customs charges, Oaxaca mentioned that Importcds are customs friendly (either by not marking the price on the package, shipping from the UK or Europe, or dispatching items individually - I can't remember which). I've placed a sizable order with them recently myself, but it hasn't arrived yet. I wait in hope, and if I do get charged I'll be sending Oaxaca the bill!
