THE PAPERBOY. Excellent, if at times wildly over the top, swamp noir that overflows with sexual and racial tensions. Highly recommended.
SCARY STORIES.
Three films from The Children's Film Foundation from the 70s and 80s. The first film in the set: "The Man From Nowhere" is a real treat, both charming and delightful in execution, it had me smiling from beginning to end. The other two "Haunters of the Deep" and "Out of the Darkness" are very good as well, especially the latter one which has some great inter play between the child actors. Highly recommended.
