How long do you have to wait before arrow will send out a replacement for missing item, ordered a film which should of been here Friday or Saturday at latest as paid for first class and at most stuff has taken two days to arrive from them, mind partly my fault as couriers can't find my flat as you need to go round back and the flat down stairs is empty and no one knows if anyone owns it, also it has no letterbox and even if it didn't it's obvious it's empty so if you even had a once of common sense you would not deliver something to it, also ask neighbours and they say they don't have it.
