Something tells me they'll just use the video of the Italian BD. I think it's common with German releases. The latest news is that NSM will be releasing Nightmare City, which I believe will be identical to Raro Video's crappy BD -

But back to Dellamorte, I asked '84 Entertainment people about the audio tracks and was told this:
"Keep cool, we never had problem with the audio tracks. It is DTS-HD High Resolution 5.1, English and German." The Italian disc has LPCM audio not DTS-HD.
