No, if you go down that route, you're pretty much honour-bound to stick to 1,000 copies. Although if you've done your sums right, you should certainly have broken even and probably turned a small profit. |
There's no way Arrow should print any more because, as you said, they have no doubt worked out how much it cost to manufacture the 1000 units and how much they would recoup if all are sold. As it's been successful, I guess the next limited run with a fairly small number will sell even quicker.
