I'll take a stab at 'temporary suspension' meaning that they have to sell out the entire stock of it before they can re-order(cause of their financial woe the bosses wouldn't like paying for product that is still floating around their shops) tho why HMV staff didn't offer to transfer it from another store or check around for the nearest branch that has it on the shelf speaks volumes...
