It will depend on the individual, but the Dawn of the Dead Blu-ray slipcover variant seems to be the most sought after, what with it having been oop for a while now and with no chance of being re-issued by Arrow with them having lost the rights to the film. I guess in the future it could change what with releases like Frogtown and Hellgate being limited one-offs of 1000 copies each. Plus, there's also the upcoming Zavvi exclusive steelbooks which may also be sought after in the future once they've all been sold.
Buying / collecting for a profit is a fickle business. You're better off buying something because you want and like it rather than trying to buy for a potential profit later on.
