Baffling Mysteries were released by classic American comic producers Ace Publishing. On news stands between November 1951 and October 1955.
Specializing in horror and er' baffling mysteries they look like a great read, very much of their time, but a lot of fun never the less.
Here's a few of their lovely covers. | What's more baffling is by the end of the 1950's they must of been running out of adjective's,every comic back then was amazing,or incredible or astounding,so much so that baffling mysteries turned into HEROES OF THE WILD FRONTIER.
Obviously the cowboy came back into fashion and out went the horror.BAFFLING indeed.
