I'd be interested in your verdict of Freakmaker/mutations as it's a film i really like but is not available at a reasonable price elsewhere, been eyeing up that disc myself.
I'd also second Frankies verdict on 'virgin among the living dead' one of my favourite Franco's.
I'm not a big Franco fan but like certain choice cut's, he's definitely interesting but i always connect him to articles i've read on him.
He seemed to get enthusiastic about a film then halfway thru want to move on to the next film.
When i view his films they always have an interesting premise or idea but seem to lose their way halfway into the movie.
I like his freewheeling style and jazz sensibilities but wish there was a little more substance.

Have you seen Demoniac/sadist of notre dame i quite liked that and franco tried to put in some kind of acting performance as well, it seemed to me that he sustained his interest in that movie.
