Sinister - (Netflix UK)
I thought this film had a strong start and got me thinking this movie would be in some ways similar to 'The Dark Half' only the killer the character is writing about is real so it would be different... i was so sad to see the film cross into the real of the paranormal. If the killer hadn't turned out to be a ghost of sorts at the end this film could have been a very good movie indeed.

Annabel (Cinema)
I liked the counjouring - even thought i haven't got much time for paranormal films i thought Insidious was well made and that lead me to the counjouring which lead me to the cinema. long story short i won;t get that time back ever...

Jacob's ladder (Bly-Ray)
I saw this being mentioned during the top 100 horror films list we all took part in and after years of dodging it i finally took time to watch it. I was a little taken back with just how simple, straightforward the storyline ad general idea was and it's execution. I will be holding onto the film for another watch because i do like Tim Robbins acting a lot but it isn;t a brilliant film.

The Maze Runner (Cinema today)
I was escorting a client to the cinema today and watched this, i was supervised at how well the film turned out. It is well made, all of the actors do a great job of carrying the story and the pace is nice. Anyone that enjoys post apocalyptic stories or the hunger games battle royale will certainly be at home watching this film. give it a try folks it's actually really good. save your cinema money however, this can wait for a Blu-Ray release.

Drag Me To Hell (Netflix UK)
I haven;t been a fan of Raimi for a long time after watching the evil dead films far too many times as a teen but this film was a refreshing Halloween treat. I enjoyed it all to be honest!
