I'd say so.
According to Criticker (which is a site I use to log and rate all the films I watch, which then sorts them all into a list where you can filter on various variables - a reason why I can can usually create a top 100 ranked list so quickly) I've seen 286 films marked as 'Fantasy'. Obviously there is some genre cross-over and interpretation needed... it classes Nosferatu as a fantasy film for instance (and therefore I guess most films containing vampires).
