It's not one of the most well-known or regarded films, but I really liked it when I saw it last. I don't know why they aren't released in numerical order, but I guess it's to do with 88 assigning a number to a title and then rights hold-ups, remastering issues and other things such as packaging problems getting in the way.
If I remember correctly, the first 20 Shameless releases had a few gaps here and there as the spine builder was gradually filled in.
