Not really as the US is looked upon as a bigger market than the UK Gigantor , though the US PS2 seen more exclusives than the PS3 .

The US (PS3/X360) still get more titles than the UK , though alot of these would have little UK appeal, ie Hunting games, College Sports etc, though some would have crossover appeal but they just never make it to the UK. (FPS, extreme sports, action games)
Stoked, is due to get its UK debut, but according to the UK games mags this title is in its 3rd instalment in the US.

All the major mainstream games would get US and UK releases, though the US would get these before us, even UK developed games like DIRT 2.

Games like Cricket would remain UK exclusive, but Rally games, once the sole domain of Europe have become more Americanised (for the better imo) by introducing Ken Block, Dave Mirra and Traviss Pastranna , Rally X Games etc to make them appeal to the larger US market.
Also a large % of games released would get a US release before a UK release.

Japan would get more releases than the US and UK, though alot of the extra games would be aimed with only the Japanese market in mind and would have no Western appeal.
