I've picked 10 which generally fit into most peoples definitions of a slasher, as everyone seems to have a different one as I found researching in an attempt to make a single unifying definition a while back (spoiler alert: a fruitless effort). So here we have classic slashers with the typical elements, no giallos, no close or maybes, but I have forgiven the supernatural element for Candyman and ANOES, which can sometimes get disqualified with strict definitions |
