Crimson Peak - Well it looks fantastic, it's just that the story the visuals are hung on is tired and predictable. I still enjoyed the film, there is much to admire, I particularly enjoyed Jessica Chastain's unhinged performance, and like I mentioned earlier it's stunning to look at it, I was just a little underwhelmed.
Still, it's worth watching and others may get more mileage out of it.
