Yes, he ceased international shipping from his Big Cartel store a while ago as he was getting a lot of Paypal charge backs for apparently 'lost' packages - unfortunately having a slate of titles that are highly sought after but limited in quantity and not always readily available brings out some unsavoury types who are just after making a quick buck at the expense of others.
This was one of the main reasons why Bill decided to start selling a lot of his titles through SAE so they can deal with the hassle. However, SAE can't/won't take all of his releases so Bill still sells some direct on his site. These used to eventually trickle through to Diabolik in small random batches but Bill seems to have fallen out with them recently apparently due to them listing 88's
Nightmare in a Damaged Brain Blu along with his own. Therefore it's unlikely that Diabolik will be getting anymore of Bill's Cartel releases.
Oh, and then he bitches because no-one buys his discs...
