they used to be very good but reading people's posts of late they have went downhill big style. i got microwave last friday or saturday from HMV and they dispatched bloodstained butterfly today, looks like the days of people getting stuff a week early are long gone, i will only use them now when they have a sale
did your stuff come by royal mail or courier? if its courier they could be using some crappy company to reduce costs
