as been pointed out it doesn't matter what is put on the sleeve or classified in any other country except Hong Kong for it to be classed as cat 3. | I was trying to get that list up yesterday and my PC wouldn't let me.  Some of those films are quite tame by Western standards. A lot appear on the list simply because there are sex references of more damning for HK films, Triad references. I’m also surprised by how many of those I have seen, not realising they were Cat 3.
