Don't forget that there are two versions of the original Godzilla
There is the 1954 Japanese version, 'Gojira', which was then re-edited, re-cut, partly re-filmed and released in America in 1955 as 'Godzilla: King Of The Monsters'. A lot of the Japanese footage was removed, and an entire plot featuring Raymond Burr was added
