When posting from your phone, just put the highlighted bit of the link below in the [YOUTUBE VIDEO][/ YOUTUBE VIDEO] tags (remove the space between the / and the Y - you can use the red button with the white arrow at the top of the reply box (starred in the attached image) rather than typing the tags) and you should be good to go.
