Based on your tastes I think you'll like the others better, Born to Die is good but the record label obviously didn't trust her sales potential and it's a lot poppier than the 50s Hollywood Glamour style she has going on now.
There is a funny story circulating on the internet which I don't know is true but I like to think it is. She had a stalker who went through her house, she wasn't there and he later spilled the beans that he found loads of books about satanism on her bookshelf
