There's no punchline. A 'knock knock' joke has a structure:
Knock Knock
Who's there?
Isabelle
Isabelle who?
Isabelle necessary on a bike
whereas the joke started above doesn't have a finish:
Knock knock
Who's there?
Doctor
Doctor who?
