So do I (in fact, as many of you know I've only just started watching Nu-Who again after a long hiatus) but I can't see how you can write-off someone without having seen them in the role - unless you're familiar with them as an actor/actress and aren't a fan of them in general of course.
I just hope they use the character properly and don't try to high-light the fact that she's a woman all the time like it's just some tired
PR stunt.
