That completely goes against what the
Logan Lucky article suggests. If that were the case Steven Soderbergh could have got an actor from another country, opened there initially and everything would have been okay.
Also Besson's
Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets seems to be flopping worldwide considering it's whopping $172m budget.
