The reason I didn't add The Shining in my list is one I've said many times on here, it's a piss poor adaption of King's novel. The TV version is flawed, but it is a more faithful than Kubrick's film

My list is of films based on Stephen King's writings in order of how much I like them and doesn't account for how faithful they are to the source material.
