Bought this a few weeks ago for £2.99.Some of the acting is awful (Billy Blanks).Pretty standard cop and vigilante bringing down the bad guys early 90's action movie.The fim was initially refused a certificate by the BBFC before being granted an 18 after the distributor removed over 7mins and the BBFC removed over another minute
Fortunately times have changed and the film is uncut now....and I didn't even think it was particularly violent
