The way Download has worked in previous years is to have a classic rock / metal headliner to close the show on the Sunday, in this case
Ozzy, and two other headliners from more recent years - the likes of
Muse or
Rammstein.
I can't see them having two major headliners like Maiden and Ozzy...although you never know.
