Back in 2007 this was mentioned as the most anticipated movie, I went to the cinema to see this movie and there was a few screaming people at it which was a laugh.
The two main actors were told to improvise as if they were experiencing a real haunting of their own which did pay off. There is very little special effects which was not required, there is some shadow movement which helped the movie.
Like any other mediocre horror the film was clearly over hyped with the teaser trailer and the shaking hand of the camera holder, and best watched in the dark. 6.5 out of 10. |
I found these extremely slow dull and boring at its best , watched 3 of the sod knows how many of them and neither improved for me ..
