April 20th, 1968 - The band appear in a local alternative newspaper in Phoenix called 'A Closer Look'
It's interesting to note that alongside Alice, other members of the group were using pseudonyms - Glen is 'Fabien Buxton' and Neil (Smith) is Neil S. Myth, but it seems that these were not seriously considered, and they were testing out stage names
At the time, flyers given to the press described the musicians as: 'Glen Buxton- 'A Black Knight', 'Michael Bruce- 'A Street Poet', Dennis Dunaway- 'Artist Of The Courts' and Neal Smith as 'A Warrior King'
