Personally i think the only memorable Moriarty aside from Andrew Scott in Sherlock was Eric Porter in the Brett stories

The Final Problem.
The ones in the Rathbone films - Atwill, Daniel and Zucco aren't memorable at all. Just my opinion.
I like your inclusion of John Creasy. He was most definitely a hero to that little girl.
