The Iron Rose (1973).
Some people will think this is one of the most boring films ever made, especially when the story is just about a young couple spending the night in a cemetery after being locked in.
But if you look past that, it's an atmospheric and surreal experience in the Jean Rollin tradition. But no sexy vampires, unfortunately.
What i liked about it is the striking imagery and creepy atmosphere. The shots in the crypt when the couple are making love surrounded by bones, the naked girl with the iron cross in a dream sequence on the beach, and a bizarre scene with a clown putting flowers on a grave.
Okay, it maybe not Rollin's best work, but it's certainly an interesting one. 7/10.
