Cannibal Ferox.
Gloria and her brother Rudy together with there friend Pat go off for a adventure in the amazon because Gloria is doing a study on the
myth of cannibalism for her college degree. while they are there they meet up with a chap called Mike Logan who is on the run from a bunch of mobsters in New york, and his mate. Mike tells them that they were attacked and escaped from a cannibal tribe, but fails to tell them that he is a coke addicted psycho who enjoyed torturing and killing them first.
eventhough this has a bad reputation for the usual animal cruelty it is still a fun watch and very entertaining. The chap who plays Mike Logan is hilarious with his dubbed dialogue, and the way he refers to women as twats.
and the gore scenes still pack a punch as well, with gut munching, castration, and hooks through the boobs.
quite a few familir faces as well in this one, with Lorraine de selle from House on the edge of the park and Zora kerova from Anthropophagus.
and a great soundtrack too which adds to the drama in the jungle. Yes, i like this film a lot and award 89.5 out of 100.
