Have you seen
Alien Agent? Stars Mark Dacascos and Billy Zane. It's not exactly top tier buddy cop / alien material but is worth a look. Actually there might not be a cop in it. But basically alien dude Dacascos teams up with an earth woman to stop other aliens on earth blowing shit up.
