No, and I payed using Paypal.
I checked the official Arrow site, and my order is gone...
Edit: It now says failed, about my order. Thought I had used Paypal for this order, but I was wrong. But I know that the money was drawn from my account. This seems to have happened to a lot of people.
Sure hope my money hasn't gone anywhere else...
