Zombie Flesh Eaters 2. 1988.

A terrorist steals a container with a liquid chemical, that enters his body, after death his body is cremated and infects a small island that turns everyone into zombies.

This was a decent film from Fulci, as he directed three quarters of it and leaving the project for health reasons, this was a decent sequel but does drag on a bit, even though it wasn't the original idea Fulci had and does have some funny moments with a head coming out of the fridge and a legless Zombie swimming but does have its gore and plenty of blood and bird zombies. 7 out of 10
