Went to watch a Britpop band I used to love in the 90’s last night called Marion, who have reformed with a completely new line up (including a drummer I know from my home village), first time I’d seen them since 1996 and at a venue I’d never been to before in Hebden Bridge called the Trades Club (cracking little place BTW). Was a good night, hearing all the old songs again, but what pissed us off was the fact they only played for an hour, my bands first set is usually about that long! It was only £11 a ticket, but we still felt short changed and the fact I was home with a kebab at 23:15 says a lot
