My guesses would be The Eye Trilogy because Arrow have released several other J-Horror titles and it was previously released on dvd by Tartan who Arrow seem to be releasing their back catalogue.
Maybe Zombie Flesh Eaters due to the eyeball piercing as surely due another UK release.
My other guess is AAWILL as on seeing the picture reminded me of the transformation scene and also it is a Universal title and Arrow have previously released several other Universal titles that alreay had a bluray release including The Thing, Waterworld and Candyman.
