I hadn't heard of her either, so listened to her album (she's only released one) on Spotify and thought it was very good, so understand why she would have been approached to do the theme song. Although I've only listened to it once, her music seems to be quite low-key, so I think it'll need to be a change from the norm to make an impact on the film and on the radio.
