Lurking Fear. 1994.
Small town Leffert's Corners has been plagued by creatures, a small group of people left plan to kill them and another team searching for money that was buried.
Haven't not read the short story i wasn't sure what to expect with this film, this isn't any award winning feature, the acting is mediocre, the plot to it is somewhat very thin to being laughable as well as the creatures. Jeffrey Combs stars as the chain smoking alcoholic doctor trying to help a pregnant woman kill the creatures with help from female mercenary Ashley Laurence. Blake Adams is the ex convict looking for his father's money trail and providing some narration and Jon Finch is the bad guy looking for the money. Don't go into this one with high hopes but maybe second viewing will help.
