Notes:
* heard in the background when The Doctor explains the concept of a 'Hooverville' to Martha. It is stated that a Hooverville is "a place for anyone who has nowhere else to go."
* The song was originally published by Irving Berlin in 1929. 'Daleks In Manhattan' is set in 1930
* Although it was used as the theme to the 1930 film 'Puttin' On The Ritz', it is possibly best known for it's appearance in the Mel Brooks movie 'Young Frankenstein'
