From what I recall they did say that it was a popular film when it came out Rental wise but I saw the trailer and it looked awful. I keep on saying this but it may be a case of it being better when it was out for Rental and had nothing else to compare it to. |
May of been popular back then but i was..ahem years old when it came out i don't think it would be great match with The Long Good Friday. One scene involves a broken glass to the face, done POV style but don't see the after effect (nor want to), it has a few goofs in it that are easily noticed. Maybe our minds have been corrupted with other violent films over the years and we are use to seeing a lot of violence.
