Serial killer Jack Frost is being transported to be executed when the van carrying him crashes and he is exposed to a chemical from a genetics lab. Instead of killing him it turns him into a killer snowman , he sets his sites on getting revenge on the small town sheriff responsible for his arrest. I always enjoyed this movie,will never win any awards but it's totally bonkers and Ott with some good kills. 7/10
