From reviews I've read which all seem for pc it's good but very buggy so that doesn't fill me with confidence for the base ps4 and Xbox one versions. But the reviews don't have the day one patch so with any luck will run better on it release and have less bugs.
Those with ps5 new Xbox I would probably wait till the upgrade launches sometime next year.
