Up From the Depths (1979)
Dross from the Corman stable about some sort of prehistoric fish attacking people at a tourist resort in Maui.
A third time watch for me and it doesn't get any better. It's inept in every way imaginable - acting, creature effects, the script - the dialogue is simply risible. There's zero tension and half way through it appears to morph into an unfunny comedy.
Clearly made to cash in on Jaws, except this isn't any sort of ferocious black eyed ocean predator, more like a tiny oil spillage from a dilapidated fishing boat mixed with a slimy seagull turd in the midst of the sea.
