Cobra Kai: Season 4 Teaser Promises A Battle For The Soul Of The Valley

Since moving to Netflix, Karate Kid follow-up series Cobra Kai has become something of a sensation, drawing in new eyes and re-igniting the old rivalry between Ralph Macchio's Daniel LaRusso and William Zabka's Johnny Lawrence while also deepening their characters and introducing a young cast to aid in telling the story going forward. Season 4 of the show is on its way by the end of the year and the first teaser promises a brand new conflict in an old familiar place...

Yes, as fans will know, the end of the third season saw LaRusso's Miyagi-Do and Lawrence's newly created Eagle Fang dojo joining forces to take down Cobra Kai. The big clash will happen at the All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament... and whoever loses must hang up their gi. As Samantha LaRusso (Mary Mouser) and Miguel Diaz (Xolo MaridueƱa) try to maintain the dojo alliance and Robby (Tanner Buchanan) goes all in at Cobra Kai, the fate of the Valley has never been more precarious. What tricks does Kreese (Martin Kove) have up his sleeve? Can Daniel and Johnny bury their decades-long hatchet to defeat Kreese? Or will Cobra Kai become the face of karate in the valley?

Added to that, we know that Kreese has reached out to old war comrade Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) once more, and the man who caused real chaos for Daniel in The Karate Kid Part III will be back for more ponytailed trouble.

Netflix is still playing coy about the specific release day, but we do know at least that the show is now returning in December. Strike first, strike hard, no mercy... Santa
