There's a chance. Tomb and Enemy of the World are complete, The Ice Warriors and Web have releases part animated part actual episodes and Fury a full animation so there would only need to be partial animations done for Snowmen and Wheel.
If i was thinking logically i'd think that season 6 might come first to test the waters seeing as every story bar
The Space Pirates is available in full.
Maybe season two as that is complete bar The Crusade. Plus it has the selling point of two Dalek stories including The Dalek Invasion of Earth.
