I just read that on the BBC site, trying to pass it off as child pornography is a stretch. I can understand it might have affected him mentally but how is having money going to prevent that? He's clutching at straws...
If anything he should be suing his parents for allowing him to be used in the photo shoot and for NOT getting a written contract pertaining to the usage of the artwork.
